It’s May – yay, April is over. I’m officially working for myself as a freelance WordPress consultant. I was so busy this week that I actually fell for a facebook phishing scam but somehow managed to find some great links (I also seem to know a lot of awesome people who post great stuff). This week is all over the place and there is hardly anything about WordPress.
Phishing Scams: My Facebook Experience and Reactions
Oh boy was yesterday afternoon fun. I made a pretty big and stupid mistake because I was distracted and paid for it for a couple of hours.
Yesterday, I fell for a Facebook phishing scam. And I thought I knew better. But, as usually happens with excessive pride, it got smashed into the dust. Obviously, I don’t know better and even those of us who are more tech savvy can get taken.
What was most intriguing/annoying was the display of reactions that I got from this … interesting study in psychology actually. But, first, I should step back and explain what happened.
(Anti) Social-Lists 4/19/09
Well, I will admit that I got confused and starting working on my list for April 26th, got halfway through and realized I was working on the wrong post. I can’t just change the date because I have something in particular I want to use for the 26th.
This week we have personality and geography, a bs study about Twitter, more Twitter, bacon, plastic, and more.
I Loved My Grandmother
This week I posted my February special and a list of Valentine themes so I guess that makes Love the theme of the week.
Recently Davina at Shades of Crimson participated in a 6 things about me meme. One of the things she mentioned was that she loved her grandmother. This caused me to think about my grandmother and I decided to write this article about her.
I loved my grandmother very much. She passed away 20 years ago but I still think about her every day.
