Did you spring forward? While it’s nice to have more light, my body doesn’t like losing the hour and I usually end up being tired all week.
This week I have project management, private public libraries, Facebook, WordPress and more.
Enjoy!
I, as well as others, found that our new iframe app for Facebook tabs was not showing up in the list of applications for the page.
This was a big pain because I couldn’t easily add and remove the tab, edit the tab, or do much of anything without going back to the application page.
Well, I discovered, thanks to a super helpful commentator, that one of the fields that I left blank on the Facebook integration tab needed to be filled out in order for the tab to appear in the list of applications.
Happy March! The weather has been so up and down – 35F one day and 60F the next. I guess March is like that. I like Spring ok but I’m not looking forward to summer – I’m a cold weather kind of person.
I don’t have as many links this week – I’ve been SO busy – busy is good but I’ve been racing lately between work and family.
This week I have starting a business, Facebook, kittens and more.
Enjoy!
When you create a Facebook Developers account and a new iframe application for a custom tab, you are the admin of that application. If the application is for your own page, this isn’t an issue. But, what if you are creating the application for a client? Do they want you to be the admin / owner of the application once the work is complete? Maybe. But leaving control of the application to an outside consultant can potentially lead to problems later.
