Happy August! I am starting to get ready for a short vacation very soon. The kid is counting down the days so I’ve been using that as an opportunity to practice math problems with her ;-) Also, just one more week until the Premiere League season starts up again and I can start watching Aston Villa on the weekends again. I got a little soccered out with the World Cup but now I’m ready to go again.
This week I have freelancing projects, WordPress themes, Facebook, and some info about my neighborhood.
- Five Personal Projects That Will Help You Find Clients Personal projects that you can work on when there isn’t a lot of work coming in that will impress potential clients.
- 45 Free WordPress Themes with Appealing Designs – A nice collection of WordPress themes.
- Ultimate Guide to Facebook Pages – An extensive list of resources for Facebook fan pages.
- When should you delete a comment on your Facebook Page? – If you allow fans to post to your Facebook wall, and you should, you will run into some dubious comments and postings. This article will help you determine what should be deleted.
- Clark Park: A Food and Community Nucleus – Clark Park is one of my favorite things about my neighborhood. The same Farmer’s Market is where I pick up my weekly CSA.
