I hope everyone is staying warm – most of the country seems to be completely frozen.
This week I have Bill Murray, Da Vinci, Facebook, and the best weather report ever.
Enjoy!

Recently I was asked how the friends list on the left side if the new Facebook profile could be edited or modified. The user said that the friends that always show up are not her most frequent contacts.
Unfortunately, this list can not be edited in that manner and I don’t know what determines who shows up there – perhaps it is random. There are, however, a some things you can do to so that you have the friends you interact with the most in a sidebar block.
It seems that everyone has been switched over to the new Facebook profile – whether they want to be using it or not. I wasn’t thrilled about switching but I did 3-4 weeks ago because I was being asked questions about it.
One of the new ‘features’ is the row of photos along the top. These are the last 5 photos that have been tagged with your name.
Recently I wrote about how to customize these photos. But, it seems that a lot of people don’t like the photos and want to remove them. There are three ways that you can do this.
I think I’ve finally stopped writing 10 for the year rather than 11. A couple of times I wrote 20110 as if I were trying to combine the two years into a zip code or something.
This week I have science fiction, WordPress, muppets, advertising and more.
Enjoy
Last year I wrote about how you could restrict content on a custom Facebook tab so that only people who had liked or become a fan of the page could view the content.
Content on a custom Facebook tab can also be restricted by age, location, content type, and the owner of a particular Facebook profile.
