I’ve been exercising and watching what I eat so I thought it was time to devote a week to diet and exercise as related to WordPress.
I’ve got 16 lbs to go to reach my goal and am doing it the healthy way – 1lb per week. I’m already feeling SO much better – mentally and physically.
Here are 12 Free WordPress Themes for Diet and Exercise.

Congratulations on the weight loss! I felt the same way when I lost my first 10, 20, 30 and eventually 40+ lbs over time.
I like the “healthy living” theme because health should be #1 with weight loss (or gain if you need it) as a welcomed side effect.

Thank you for this.
I just got a nike sensor and shoelace pocket for my MBT winter shoes. I got the app on my iphone and it records my exercise.
and sometimes calories…that is not calibrating correctly I think?
Then I write my food and mood in my hard cover journal.
I wish I had a page that would calculate calories of food, keep my exercise and record my progress….I also fill out my Wii Fit journal everyday except Sunday…too many places and they are not convenient for printing off for different Dr.s appts.
Also I am doing Tom Volkar’s Questions to find my true work, and JD Meiers 2.0 and reading all these wonderful blog posts and attempting to keep my blog up and running and doing a fundraiser e-book
I lost 18 of the 100 pounds of doing the 6 weeks of Eat to Live…now 5 weeks more and 2 parties and 1 dinner out….I am down another .4 of a pound…
I do wish I could find a way to monitor my own blood sugar levels without fasting and 200 dollars to the lab….if I get diagnosed with Diabetes -WHICH I DO NOT HAVE! I will loose my health ins.
Maybe I should write a third blog on loosing weight? right?
Another point of failure coming up here….now I want to eat…

Hi Patricia – I’m thinking of starting a blog about diet and exercise ;-) I rarely follow through with most of my ideas though.
I’m going to be writing about it on Thursday but The Daily Plate will do the calculations that you want – it’s what I use to track calories and exercise and I swear by it for losing weight.

Kikolani says
Congrats on going with a healthy diet plan. There are too many people buying into the crash diets that are not only going to last in the long run, but are also harmful to their overall health. Good luck!

Hi Kristi – Thanks! I mostly eat healthy anyway but I waste calories on things like iced mochas and chips. By keeping track of it I keep from eating too much.
