If you are interested in building a WordPress site to sell properties, you might want to consider one of these 5 Premium WordPress themes for real estate listings. These are my 5 favorites and they have the necessary features already built in.
Let me know if you use a different one that you really like.

Those are some nice looking real estate themes for WP Kim. I imagine that that industry has seen a large shift of attention to the online space in recent years (as with just about everything else of course). I was somewhat involved with real estate a few years back but I have no intention of returning anytime soon. Thanks for the resources anyway.

Hi Kim,
As a real estate broker, found I them all five very well to be able to work with and give customers the right information they need.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for the overview. I am currently searching for a theme and an IDX provider to use for my real estate site. I am curious why Thesis did not make the cut and run across a I do not understand the value of IDX integration into the theme. It appears to me that the IDX provider has their own plugins and widgets that control the IDX display. It is not even clear how you hookup the theme search window with the IDX command. Is this don in the HTML or PHP? I would also be interested in info on your services.
Thanks, Roger

Hi Roger,
Unfortunately, I don’t know very much about IDX integration and you may want to discuss this with an IDX provider.

Do you know if any of these RE themes have a google map feature where ALL the properties are shown with icons on one map?
thanks for a reply.

That’s a good question – I would contact the individual theme developers and ask.
